I wanted to send a letter to formally thank you both for finding me & Courtney Jeanne, aka my westie wonder girl, our fabulous new Boca Raton home.  Somehow, despite my rather stringent time constraint, you both managed to find me the perfect place with absolutely everything that had been on my original wish list.  For this I cannot thank you enough.

Your tireless efforts, wonderful attitudes, and exceptional industry expertise made the entire experience not only tolerable but, dare I say it, fun!  This was so refreshing to someone who had previously encountered realtors whose only allegiance seemed to be to their potential commission in lieu of their client’s new residence.  Your knowledge of the Boca Raton real estate market is likewise exemplary as was evidenced by your narrowing the available field down to precisely what I was looking for in lieu of showing me a bunch of places that wouldn’t work.  Again, thank you!
